| You will get an email informing you that someone has run your CD-ROM. You have access to your statistics 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

| How often will I be informed that someone has used my disc? |

| As often as you wish - whether it be as they occur, or hourly, daily, weekly etc. |

| Who can access the data? |

| Any authorized person using a standard web browser and the correct username and password can view the BloodHound tracking data. |

| Is there a limit to how many items BloodHound can track? |

| BloodHound tracking is completely scaleable. We can track a CD-ROM with as few as 3 or 4 pages, to a catalog with thousands of items. |

| What tracking statistics are included? |

| We have various reports that are part of the standard tracking package. We can also work with you to build custom report screens if you require. |

| Is it possible to put the BloodHound technology on our existing CD-ROM? |

| Does the viewer have the option to "Opt Out" of the tracking of the CD-ROM? |

| A privacy statement is presented on each Bloodhound enabled CD-ROM. The viewer has the option to "opt out" of the tracking if they wish to do so. |
